Founder and Principal Director of IPC has over Sixteen years of experience as a keen strategist and planner in Project and Contract Management, Commercial Operations, and Relationship Management for Real Estate projects successfully spearheaded millions of sqft in over 55+ real estate projects across India for multinational organizations.

• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output
• Leading a team of professionals and ensuring suitable deployment of resources
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, sub contractors & govt. agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.
